Growing up in the surrounding suburbs of Philadelphia, he finished high school at Council Rock High School South in Holland PA. While a student there he participated in many team sports such as Football. In his free time he enjoyed creating small businesses and had a very strong entrepreneurial personality.
On nights, weekends, and days off from school, Andrew enjoyed working for his best friends fathers commercial construction company. Here he learned everything from interior demolition, to framing out buildings, laying tile and hardwood as well as doing masonry work. This helped create a hard work ethnic that he took with him into his future endeavors.
After high school Andrew continued his education at one of the oldest pharmacy schools in the nation, originally called Philadelphia College of Pharmacy, and later renamed to University of the Sciences. Pushed into going into the medical field by his family, he pursued a degree in their Physical Therapy program. After graduating, Andrew realized that he was not living his own dream out and decided to go into real-estate following his fathers footsteps.
After just a short time in the field, and growing his knowledge, Andrew moved from running a property management company, to sourcing and purchasing property using investor capital as well as his own. Opening Eastern Building Corporation and creating his own niche for new construction and rehabs, Andrew works to bring clients a full service operation, providing his clients everything from allocating property, to building and selling the completed project.
