As a lifelong resident of the greater Philadelphia area, he finished high school at the George School in Newtown PA. While a student there he was engaged in many extracurricular activities. Being the active type, his favorites were playing on the tennis team and managing the soccer team.
Lawrence always had an affinity for numbers so it was only natural that he would pursue degrees in Economics & Business Administration. Not one to shy away from responsibility he achieved a Bachelors of Science in both while attending the LeBow College of Business at Drexel University.
After growing his knowledge and network Lawrence created a niche for new construction investors and has been consulting many local and non Philadelphia natives on how to create wealth in today’s booming Philadelphia market. Over the last 6 years Lawrence has grown his business from consulting developers as a realtor, to providing a full service company tackling all an investor needs.
Lawrence is your go to for sourcing projects not available to the public, constructing projects small or large through his development division Resnick Development CO., and selling the final products for top dollar with his partner Francis Mangubat. Since starting Advance Philly him and his partner Francis have set Comp records over and over again in hot areas like Brewerytown, Point Breeze, and Old Kensington.
When not scouring Philadelphia for the perfect property for his clients you will find Lawrence playing tennis, snowboarding, traveling to foreign places or backpacking national parks across the country.
